What is the best way to clean your dentures?

The optimal methods will vary, depending on whether they are permanent or removable. If they can be removed, you should soak your dentures in a cleaning solution (at night, or during any other time when they are not in use). You should always thoroughly brush your dentures with toothpaste and water (at least twice a day). This will help prevent staining.
Can you reline dentures yourself?

We strongly recommend against this. Attempting to adjust your dentures so that they fit yourself could cause more extensive and costly damage. It could also pose a risk to surrounding teeth and gums. If you notice that your dentures are no longer fitting properly, we recommend scheduling an appointment with a licensed dental prosthetist ASAP.
